He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas for nearly two decades and is a member of the faculty at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the Professional Education Group, Inc., and the Institute of Police Technology and Management at the University of Northern Florida. He is a former adjunct professor at both the University of Minnesota and Hamline University School of Law.
Partner Jeffrey Schiek has been in practice since 2001 and has built a reputation in the Minnesota legal community for high quality motions and appellate advocacy. He has served as an adjunct professor at Inver Hills Community College and handles employment discrimination and misconduct cases in both Minnesota and federal courts. Former U.S. senator and attorney Dean Barkley has been in practice for more than 30 years and is of counsel to the firm.
